I stood still at the corner of the swimming pool. The water was not even that deep and I could stand with both of my feet to the floor. My older brother and sisters were playing with each other on the other side of the pool. They looked joyful. I always had a feeling of being left out because of the huge age difference between me and my siblings. I had another younger sister, but she was still a baby so I couldn’t ask her to play with me. I took a glance at my parents who were sitting beside the pool. I couldn’t even entreat for their attention because they were busy feeding the baby. Nonchalantly, I walked to the other side of the pool as I wanted to play with my siblings. To my disbelief, I suddenly can’t feel my feet touching the floor anymore. I tried to scream for help but the water level was already went above my head. I began to think that it was my last day in this world. I could barely open my eyes but I saw my parents rushed towards me and pulled me out of the water. Luckily, I’m still alive.
